Training Plan

The personal Training Plan can be accessed by instructors and members from any computer over the internet for planning and overview of your training schedule, as well as your latest results.

ANALYZE: Charts

The training data is automatically updated after each workout as a pulse curve and presented on myActivio.com in easy-to-follow charts. By using the integrated tools, users can shape and modify their feedback curves to make detailed analysis of their performance in every workout. There’s even the possibility to comment and share workout results on Facebook.

TRACK: Reports

All previous training data is stored, enabling myActivio.com to generate over-time reports. This makes it easy for users and instructors to follow progress on an individual level and plan future training programmes.

PREPARE FOR THE ROAD AHEAD

Virtual Trainer is an extension to Activio Fitness System which enables group cardio instructors to create and design profiles of their cardio class. The profile is presented as ”hill curve” on the same display as the Activio Intensity Meter. This helps workout participants to see what’s ahead and to plan their effort – how much further? How hard should I be working?

THE TWO MAIN COMPONENTS OF ACTIVIO VIRTUAL TRAINER

1. Class Designer: With the profile creation tool, the instructor designs and plots the class profile in an ordinary web browser ahead of class. The profiles are instantly ready to use.

2. Class Guide: In class, the instructor selects a profile to use in a simple one-step process on the Activio Fitness System. The selected class profile is then displayed during class. Activio Virtual Trainer is designed to interact with myActivio.com.
